Key Responsibilities:
- Manage major subdivision projects from commencement through to completion
- Lead project teams, subcontractors, and multiple work fronts
- Drive safety, quality, productivity, programme, and commercial outcomes
- Manage project budgets, costs, forecasting, and reporting
- Liaise with clients, Project Engineers, Site Supervisors, subcontractors, and key stakeholders
- Ensure projects are delivered efficiently, safely, and to a high standard
- Proven experience as a Senior Project Engineer, Project Manager, or similar role within civil construction
- Strong background delivering subdivision and civil infrastructure projects
- Sound understanding of earthworks, roads, drainage, services, and associated civil works
- Demonstrated ability to manage project teams and multiple work fronts
- Strong commercial, communication, planning, and problem-solving skills
- $155,000 – $165,000 + Super + Vehicle + Bonuses
