- Seeking an accomplished PM to run refurb/fitout projects to $10m, and seeking an experienced PE with the capability to work as a 2iC on these projects and/or run their own projects inclusive of CA duties to $2m
- Project planning & programming - you will have input into the preconstruction phase
- Be the key contact with clients, building managers, subcontractors and other project stakeholders
- Budget management and being responsible for financial reporting and identifying profit improvements
- Ensuring project is delivered to specification and meets all HSE standards
- Leading and mentoring your project team
Experience/Qualifications:
- Tertiary qualification in Construction Management or equivalent
- A track record in successful project delivery of commercial refurbishment and fitout projects.
- Outstanding client and stakeholder management skill – this company owes it success to repeat business and nurturing relationships
- Keen financial acumen with strong reporting skills – a CA/PE grounding is expected
- For the PM role who you have a track record at PM level in the refurb/fitout sector with a track record in delivering profitable projects within this field
- For the PE role you will have 5+ years industry experience in the refurb/fitout sector gained at PC or CA level.
- A salary package up to the value of $200k for the PM role, and up to $150k for the PE role
- A mid sized company where you won’t get lost in the numbers – rub shoulders with the Directors daily
- Impressive project portfolio from $1m to $30m
