The Role
Reporting directly to senior management, you'll be responsible for managing projects from commencement through to completion, ensuring they're delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end management of industrial construction projects valued between $2M-$10M.
- Develop and manage project programmes, budgets and procurement.
- Coordinate subcontractors, consultants and suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety and contractual obligations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Drive successful project outcomes while identifying opportunities to improve efficiencies.
About You
To be considered, you'll ideally have:
- Proven experience delivering industrial construction projects of a similar value ($2M-$10M).
- A background working for a commercial builder as a Project Manager.
- Strong understanding of contracts, programming and financial management.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong leadership capabilities.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering or a related discipline.
