Key Responsibilities
- Manage civil infrastructure projects from award through to completion
- Oversee project delivery, budgets, programmes, and stakeholder management
- Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and key project stakeholders
- Provide regular reporting to senior management on project performance
About You
- Proven experience as a Project Manager within the civil construction sector
- Strong background delivering council, government, or infrastructure projects
- Experience across roads, pavements, kerbing, bridges, parks, and associated civil works highly regarded
- Strong commercial and contractual awareness
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Client-facing experience and the ability to build long-term relationships highly regarded
- $155K – $165K+ Base Salary + Super + Vehicle
