Project Manager
Join a growing commercial builder delivering a diverse range of projects across new builds, major refurbishments, and fit-outs — giving you variety instead of working on the same style of project repeatedly.
Based in Osbourne Park, this is a Monday to Friday role, with regular site visits required, offering a great balance between office-based project management and being on-site where the work happens.
You will be managing 3–4 projects at any one time (depending on size and complexity), with project values ranging from $500k to $12m.
This builder has experienced significant growth, doubling in size over the past three years and now employing around 100 staff. With strong systems and an established reputation in the market, they offer a stable platform for long-term career growth.
You will be supported by highly experienced Contract Administrators and Site Managers, but as Project Manager, you will take ownership and lead your projects from start to finish.
