- A newly created role due to internal promotion – you will have a high calibre CA and exceptional SM to support you.
- Intricate staged refurbishment on $10m aged care facility - live environment project experience and strong stakeholder management skills a must.
- A singular project for you to manage – the site and head office are both within 5km of the CBD – it is envisaged you will be based on site 2-3 days a week.

Experience/Qualifications:
- A track record in successful project delivery of commercial construction projects – live environment experience is required
- Outstanding client and stakeholder management skill – this company owes it success to repeat business and nurturing relationships and this is a key requirement for this position
- Keen financial acumen with strong reporting skills
- A salary package up to the value of $220k with all tools of trade for a PM supplied
- Handy offices in the inner eastern suburbs with easy parking – site also within 5km of the CBD.
