The Role
Liaising with CA's and Site Managers, you will have responsibility for overseeing multiple high-end stand alone projects and the delivery of them, procurement, OHS management and upholding quality for this award-winning builder.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end delivery of multiple residential projects, ensuring excellence in time, cost, and quality
- Build and maintain relationships with site teams to ensure projects are delivered to the expected quality standards and design intent
- Prepare, issue and administer subcontracts and purchase orders
- Create and maintain the construction programmes, identifying opportunities and resolving potential risks proactively
- Management of budgets, progress claims, variations and forecasting
- Coordination of permits, authority approvals and compliance documentation
About you
- Must have experience delivering high-end residential projects of up to $25M
- Excellent eye for detail, high-end finishes and a passion for architectural builds
- An effective communicator - team player
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Able to communicate confidently with architect's, engineer's, clients and other stakeholders
