We are currently partnering with a reputable Perth-based commercial builder that has developed a reputation for delivering high-quality projects across the commercial, government, education, retail/shopping centre, hospitality, and transport sectors in the Perth Metro region.

Due to recent tender success with blue-chip national clients we are currently recruiting for an experienced, process-driven, and ambitious commercial construction Project Manager to initially manage two $10m extensive refurbishment projects.

This is an exiting time to join a growing business that has been in operation for over 13 years, currently with a team of 40+ and a large pipeline of confirmed projects into 2027.

Key Responsibilities:
 
  • Oversee all aspects of project delivery including scheduling, budgeting, procurement and quality control
  • Lead and mentor project teams
  • Manage client and stakeholder relationships throughout the lifecycle of the project
  • Monitor project performance and proactively resolve issues
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams and external consultants


Requirements: 

  • BSc Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or similar industry relevant tertiary qualification 
  • Demonstrated ability managing commercial projects over $10m
  • Process driven individual with very strong organisational skills
  • Existing relationships with the WA commercial building industry 
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, architects, and key stakeholders
  • Excellent knowledge of Australian Buildings Standards & AS Contracts 
  • Australian Permanent Resident or Citizens only
