- You will be running your own projects inclusive of all CA duties and playing a key role in maintaining relationships with clients, subcontractors and other stakeholders who are highly valued partners in the business.

- Scope of Work Review & Subcontractor Negotiation: Oversee the review and negotiation of project scopes with subcontractors to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.
- Financial Management: Manage project budgets, ensuring all expenditures are tracked, and executed within financial targets Lead the certification of invoices, processing, and financial reconciliation for each project.
- Consultant Coordination & Multi-Disciplinary Collaboration: Coordinate with consultants from multiple disciplines to ensure timely delivery of project milestones and alignment with key organizational objectives and KPIs.
- Stakeholder & Team Management: Be the main point of contact for stakeholders and project teams, ensure seamless communication and resolution of issues. Fosterstrong relationships to ensure a collaborative work environment.
- Problem Resolution & Risk Management: Proactively identify project risks and implement effective solutions to mitigate issues and minimize delays, ensuring projects stayed on track.
- Quality Control & Defect Management: Apply a meticulous eye for detail in identifying defects and managing rectification works, ensuring high standards of quality throughout the project lifecycle.
- Health & Safety Compliance: Lead OH&S safety management on-site in tandem with your SM, ensuring strict adherence to safety regulations and promoting a culture of safety within the team.
- Project Management Software: Manage and serve as the lead point of contact for the implementation of company software for project tracking, documentation, and collaboration.
- Communication & Reporting: Deliver clear and concise meeting minutes, ensuring effective PCG meetings, and provide regular project updates to stakeholders.
Experience/Qualifications:
- Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management or equivalent
- A track record as a PC, CA or PM in commercial construction, refurbishment or fitout – you will be administrating, coordinating or managing your own projects
- Demonstrated skills in the financial management of commercial construction projects and ability to scope, negotiate, let and administer subcontractors
- Strong client management and stakeholder skills – you will be dealing with clients, consultants, architects and building managers on a daily basis.
- A salary package in the $120k - $150k range with all tools of trade for a PM supplied
- Handy new offices in the SE corridor with easy parking
