I’m working with a WA-owned Design & Construct specialist who have been carving out their space in the industrial market for over 7 years. With a strong pipeline of confirmed projects stretching into 2027, they’re now looking for an experienced Project Manager to assist with design through to completion on multi-level industrial projects up to $40m.

What we’re looking for:
- BSc Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or similar industry relevant tertiary qualification
- Proven track record managing WA commercial projects over $20m from design to handover.
- Experience delivering multi-level projects (5+ levels)
- Previous experience on D&C projects
- Proficient in Procore, CHEOPS or similar construction management softwares
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholdes, consultants, and sub-contractors.
- Must hold Australian Permanent Residency or Citizenship
