We’re currently working with a commercial construction company renowned for delivering high-quality builds across education, healthcare, industrial, and government sectors. With a strong pipeline of work, they’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their close-knit team.

The Role As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of projects up to $15M – from pre-construction through to completion. You’ll coordinate subcontractors, manage budgets and timelines, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end project delivery across a range of commercial builds up to $15m
- Coordinate and lead project teams, site staff, and subcontractors
- Manage programs, cost plans, and risks
- Build strong client relationships and represent the business professionally
- Report regularly to senior management on project progress
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience delivering commercial refurbishment or construction projects in Australia
- Solid understanding on Australian Standard contracts & building practises
- Background in construction management, quantity surveying, engineering, or a relevant degree/trade qualification
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- A proactive, solution-focused, positive attitude
