Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure project compliance with the Integrated Management System
- Plan and manage project scheduling and programming
- Lead and develop the project team
- Manage and nurture client relationships
- Monitor construction crews and subcontractor performance against schedules and cost forecasts
- Identify and address performance issues
- Track and report production costs on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
- Procure plant, equipment, and materials as required
- Develop, review, and approve Management Plans and Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS)
- Minimum 4 years’ experience as Project Manager working on subdivisions and civil infrastructure projects
- Extensive experience in project management
- Proven background in earthworks, roads, pavements, structures, and civil infrastructure
- Experience working with local councils and service authorities
- Strong relationship-building skills with clients and subcontractors
- Experience in contract management
- Strong leadership and people management abilities
