The Role:
You’ll be responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of construction projects from pre-construction through to handover. This builder takes pride in their hands-on, collaborative culture — you’ll work closely with Directors, consultants, subcontractors and clients to deliver successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of project delivery including scheduling, budgeting, procurement and quality control
- Lead and mentor project team
- Manage client and stakeholder relationships throughout the life of the project
- Monitor project performance and proactively resolve issues
- Work collaboratively with internal teams and external consultants
About You:
- 5+ years’ experience in a Project Manager role in the WA construction market
- BSc Construction Management or similar industry relevant qualification
- Genuine passion for construction and motived to deliver quality builds
- Confident communicator with solid leadership and client-facing skills
- Proven ability to manage project budgets, programs, and deliver on time
