Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and coordinate detailed traffic staging plans
- Manage interfaces across construction teams, traffic management personnel, and external stakeholders
- Ensure safe, efficient delivery of works within active road corridors
- Identify risks and implement effective mitigation strategies
- Support project leadership with programming, reporting, and technical coordination
- Lead site-based delivery activities, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
- Manage subcontractors to drive performance, productivity, and quality outcomes
- Strong site-based delivery experience on road infrastructure projects
- Demonstrated ability to manage subcontractors and stakeholders effectively
- Proven capability in live traffic staging and construction sequencing
- Solid commercial and contractual awareness
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to perform under pressure
