They are looking for a Project Coordinator to join their team - This is no regular PC role, as my client is seeking someone who wants to progress into Project Manager. They envision this role as a "Junior Builder" so are looking for someone hungry for progression and growth. Ideally someone who has fully graduated and driven

The Role:
Working directly with the Project Managers and assisting the team of Site Managers, where you will be assisting them across 2-3 projects
- Delivering quality projects on time and within budget.
- Providing direction to sub-contractors for multiple projects.
- Effective planning, management and delivery of all projects within time and in accordance with OH&S requirements.
- Managing client relationships.
- End to end management of each project during the construction phase.
To Be Considered:
- Graduate/ Post Grad
- Not necessary to have experience but can be beneficial
- Exemplary time management, planning and problem solving skills on-site and within the office.
- Be proactive in the identification and resolution of problems.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- A drive and a want to succeed and progress
