The Role Reporting to the Project Manager, you will play a key role in coordinating project activities and ensuring works are delivered to the highest quality standards.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating day-to-day project activities across multiple sites
- Supporting site teams with programming, documentation, and reporting
- Monitoring quality assurance (QA) processes and ensuring compliance with project specifications
- Conducting site inspections and assisting with ITPs, checklists, and defect management
- Liaising with site supervisors, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Assisting with procurement and tracking materials
- Maintaining accurate project records and documentation
- Previous local experience in a Project Coordinator / Site Engineer / Contracts Administrator role within construction
- Strong understanding of quality systems, QA processes, and compliance
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities
- Relevant construction qualification (preferred but not essential)
