They are looking for a Project Coordinator to join their team - This is no regular PC role, as my client is seeking someone who wants/is looking for both site and office experience. They envision this role as a "Junior Builder" so are looking for someone hungry for progression and growth.

The Role:
Working directly with the Project Manager and assisting the team of Site Managers, where you will be assisting them across 6 projects
- Delivering quality projects on time and within budget.
- Providing direction to sub-contractors for multiple projects.
- Effective planning, management and delivery of all projects within time and in accordance with OH&S requirements.
- Managing client relationships.
- End to end management of each project during the construction phase.
To Be Considered:
- Either trade or tertiary qualified
- Knowledge of the construction process and preferably experience in extensions & renovations.
- Proven record working with clients and creating strong relationships. Client relations and a friendly manner are paramount to this role.
- Exemplary time management, planning and problem solving skills on-site and within the office.
- Be proactive in the identification and resolution of problems.
- Proven ability to pre-plan for smooth integration of contractors on each project.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Record in delivering projects to achieve quality outcomes.
- Good working knowledge of OH&S Legislation and Victorian building standards
- A drive and a want to succeed and progress
