- National builder with great repeat client list offering pipeline of negotiated works – typically high spec, complex construction and heavy refurbishment projects
- A long term shopping centre redevelopment – internal, external, base building works and a host of specialist
- You will play a key role in coordinating building permits & certificates, construction management plans and documentation – from contractors and consultants through to council, regulatory bodies and centre management.
- You will also work closely with the site team in coordinating subcontractors works
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with scheduling, planning, and daily coordination of construction activities
- Manage RFIs, submittals, permits, and drawing logs
- Liaise with council and regulatory authorities to manage approvals and permits
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and suppliers to maintain workflow and program milestones
- Administer project documentation using Procore, 1Breadcrumb, and Bluebeam
- Attend site and consultant meetings; take and distribute minutes
- Support contract administration and procurement processes
- Assist in managing construction in a live retail environment, ensuring minimal disruption
- Monitor and report on project progress, safety, and quality compliance
About You
- 2–5+ years' experience as a Project Coordinator or Contracts Administrator
- Previous experience on commercial building projects – a strong appreciation of construction methodology is required
- Proficient in Procore, 1Breadcrumb, and Bluebeam – this is essential
- Strong communication, documentation, and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic project environment
- Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management or similar (essential)
