The Role:
- Supporting the Project Manager and Senior Project Engineer across project delivery
- Coordinating precast installation, subcontractors, procurement, RFIs, and project documentation
- Assisting with project planning, scheduling, and reporting
- Managing stakeholder communication across site teams, suppliers, and clients
- Working across systems including Procore, Aconex, and other construction platforms
- Assisting in ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and on schedule
- Previous experience as a Project Coordinator within precast, civil.
- Exposure to data centre, industrial, or large-scale commercial projects highly regarded
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work autonomously within a fast-paced environment
- Experience using Procore, Aconex, or similar systems highly regarded
- Immediate start available
