A well-established and steadily growing civil construction company is looking for a motivated Project Administrator/Office Administrator to join their team in Prospect. With a strong pipeline of infrastructure projects and plans to grow the team significantly over the next couple of years, this is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door and build a long-term career in a supportive environment.

THE ROLE
This is an entry-level position where you’ll play an important part in keeping the office and project teams running smoothly. You’ll be helping with a range of day-to-day admin tasks including:
- Printing and preparing project documents and plans
- Setting up folders and tender packs
- Ordering PPE, stationery, and general supplies
- Supporting project managers and engineers with admin needs
- Helping with document control and basic data entry
- Working with teams across different departments

You’re organised, approachable, and ready to learn. You take pride in staying on top of the little things that keep a busy team on track. Ideally, you’ll bring:
- Some admin or office experience
- A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to pitch in
- Good attention to detail and time management
- Confidence working with a range of people and teams
- Interest in civil projects or the construction industry
