Residential DIDO/BIBO – Kalgoorlie Based | 2/1 Roster (Rotating Days & Nights)
$70 per hour (based on 12.5-hour shifts, paid) + Superannuation + Weekly Payments
Fetch Mining Services is seeking skilled Production Excavator Operators for two newly established gold mining projects in the Goldfields region, with immediate mobilisation required.
These positions provide a unique opportunity to join projects from the outset, contributing to the development of site culture, operational standards, and long-term production success.

Key Features of the Role:
- 2/1 roster with rotating day and night shifts
- $70 per hour rate
- 12.5-hour shifts fully paid
- Residential DIDO or BIBO arrangement from Kalgoorlie (camp accommodation option available, or return home nightly)
- Operation of large excavators including 1200, 1900, 2600 class machines and PC1250 models
- Production-focused digging to load CAT 777 and 785 haul trucks
- Secure, long-term employment prospects

Essential Experience and Qualifications:
- At least 3 years in a production excavator operator capacity within mining
- Verified competency on 1200, 1250, 1900, and 2600 class excavators
- Established track record in site-based mining operations
- Prior exposure to large-scale heavy mining fleet
- Background in high-output production settings with performance targets
- Solid teamwork approach and dependable work attitude
- Valid and clean Police Clearance
- Current Australian Driver’s Licence
- Must reside in or be residential to Kalgoorlie
- All required medical assessments completed within Western Australia
Additional Requirements:
- Successful completion of a pre-employment medical examination
- Clear pre-employment drug and alcohol test
- Completion of all mandatory online inductions
- Provision of two recent, verifiable references
- Immediate availability to start
- Full Australian work rights (no visa sponsorship offered)
