About the role:
- FIFO 8/6 7/7 Roster based in WA
- Ensuring and paving the way for a safe work culture and successful operations
- Delivery and coordination of a team to achieve production targets
- Work closely with maintenance and management to ensure optimum production and reduced down time
- Develop your operations team and drive positive culture
- 3-5 + years proven experience in a similar role in Processing
- High quality communication skills with a malleable leadership style
- Ability to work in a changing and dynamic environment
- Prior Nickel, Lithium, Copper, Zinc, Lead or Rare Earths experience is desirable.
- Experience on mineral processing plants with flotation, primary & secondary crushing, grinding circuits is essential.
- S26 Qualification is essential
- Must be able to pass a pre emplyment medical and drug and alcohol screen
- Must have a valid drivers licence
- Recent contactable references
- Ability to provide a National Police Clearance
