Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 + Super + commissions + future team commissions
Our Story
Fetch Recruitment has been established for 15 years, starting as a boutique agency servicing the White Collar Melbourne Construction & Civil markets, before we quickly grew to Blue Collar trades and labour servicing Construction, Civil, Manufacturing, Subcontracting and Mining.
With offices across 3 States, Fetch is now expanding to open our 4th office in Queensland.
With a current team of 45 across Australia, we are looking at add to our team with top talent that can take us to the next stage of our evolution.

With our expansion into Queensland, we are searching for a Leader to come in to help set up and establish our operations in a new state.
The Role
Initially, the successful candidate will take over the Commercial Construction white collar desk and have a strong recruitment background and have a proven history of strong billing & performance in the Qld construction space.
Once a strong recruitment desk has been established the successful candidate will then, with the support of Directors and internal People & Culture team, build a team by 2-3 team members to grow out our Queensland Office.
Our ideal candidate
- 5- 10 years of recruitment experience on a Commercial Construction (white or blue collar)
- Thorough knowledge of the Queensland recruitment market
- Strong sales knowledge & background
- Previous experience as a Team Leader advantageous
