They are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a plumbing background to oversee the successful delivery of commercial projects from design through to completion. You will be responsible for managing budgets, subcontractors, schedules, and client relationships, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of plumbing works on major commercial builds
- Manage design coordination, procurement, subcontractors, and site delivery
- Liaise with builders, engineers, consultants, and clients
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and financial targets
- Lead teams to deliver projects on time and within scope
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in plumbing within commercial construction
- Strong knowledge of hydraulic systems and D&C project delivery
- Relevant trade or engineering qualifications
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong commercial and financial acumen
