About the Role
Our client is a Tier 1 Civil Contractor with multiple projects in metro and regional VIC. Specialising in Infrastructure, Road & Drainage projects they are looking to expand their team following a number of recent, successful tenders.
Currently they are seeking experienced excavator operators (25t machine) and crew truck drivers (HR licence required).
What’s On Offer
- $38.36 – $48+ per hour (depending on machine and experience)
- 50+ hour weeks + Saturday work available
- Permanent opportunity for the right person
- Travel allowance – $21.94 per day
- Meal allowance – $18.51 (after 9.5 hours)
Day To Day Duties
Work will vary depending on your machine and experience level, including:
- Detailed water infrastructure works - deep trenching and trench shield experience
- Loading and hauling material
- Pre-starts, maintenance checks and general machine care
- GPS experience highly regarded.
- Proven experience operating plant in civil, construction or mining
- White Card (essential)
- Driver’s licence and reliable transport
- Strong safety mindset and team-first attitude
- GPS experience (Topcon, Trimble or UTS) highly regarded
About You
- Live locally - No accommodation or LAHA provided
- Australian Driver’s license and own transport

- Machine Tickets (LE or HR)
