We’re seeking operators across a range of machinery, including:
- Excavators, Dozers & Graders (GPS experience highly regarded)
- Moxy / Articulated Dump Trucks
- Rollers, Loaders & Compactors
- Skid Steers & Watercarts
- Pit & pipe work
- Trenching
- Site preparation
- Assisting trades on-site
- 50+ hour weeks with consistent project work
- Competitive market rates + overtime
- Opportunity to gain additional VOCs across multiple machines
- Work with reputable contractors on major projects
- Clear progression pathways into senior operator & leading hand roles
- Temp-to-perm opportunities with structured pay reviews at 3 and 6 months
Day-to-day responsibilities may include:
- Operating plant across bulk earthworks and subdivision works
- Final trim, trenching and detailed finishing
- Hauling, loading and material movement
- Machine checks, maintenance and safe operation practices
- Working with machinery ranging from 15t–50t
Requirements
- Proven experience in civil or construction environments
- Relevant plant tickets/licences
- White Card (essential)
- Driver’s licence and reliable transport (some sites require travel)
- Strong safety mindset and team-oriented approach
