Available Machinery
We’re currently seeking experienced operators across a range of equipment, including:
- Excavators
- Graders
- Dozers
- Loaders
- Moxy / Articulated Dump Trucks
- Skid Steers
- Watercarts
- Rollers
- Ongoing work on local Adelaide projects
- Strong hourly rates + penalties + allowances
- Temp-to-perm pathway with a reputable Tier 2 contractor
- 50+ hour weeks available
- Immediate starts for the right candidates
- On-the-job training and development opportunities
- Clear progression into leading hand roles or operating larger machinery
Your day-to-day will depend on your machine, but may include:
- Bulk earthworks and site preparation
- Final trim and detailed finishing
- Hauling, loading and material movement
- Watering and dust suppression
- Pre-starts, shut-downs and general machine upkeep
- Operating machinery ranging from 15t–50t
What you’ll need
- Demonstrated experience operating plant in civil, construction or mining environments
- Relevant tickets and VOC (or ability to obtain for experienced operators)
- White Card (essential)
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable transport
- Strong safety awareness and team-focused attitude
