Fetch are seeking experienced machine operators (moxy, roller, watercart, excavator, loader, compactor) to join our key clients pipeline of projects in the northern regions.
We’re looking for operators with experience on:
- Excavators, Dozers, Graders (GPS operators highly regarded)
- Moxy, Roller, Loader, Skid Steer, Water Cart, Compactor
- Skilled civil labouring – pit & pipe, trenching, site prep, assisting trades
- Consistent 50+ hour work weeks
- Market-leading pay rates
- Upskill with onsite training and opportunity to get VOCd on different machines
- Work alongside industry leaders with a proven career pathway – promotions to machine operator & leading hand roles
- Temp-to-perm opportunities with pay reviews at 3 & 6 months based on performance
Your day-to-day:
- Operate machinery for bulk earthworks, final trim, trenching, hauling, loading, and dumping materials.
- Conducting pre-start and post-shift checks and routine equipment care and maintenance
- Work with 15–50t machinery (GPS experience with Topcon, Trimble or UTS ideal)
- Previous civil/construction experience
- Relevant machine operating tickets/licences
- White Card
- Current driver’s licence and reliable transport (some sites are remote)
- Positive attitude, safety focus and willingness to learn
