Fetch are seeking experienced machine operators (moxy, roller, watercart, excavator, loader) to join our key clients pipeline of projects in the northern regions.
We’re looking for operators with experience on:
- Excavators, Dozers, Graders (GPS operators highly regarded)
- Moxy, Roller, Loader, Skid Steer
- Skilled civil labouring – pit & pipe, trenching, site prep, assisting trades
- Consistent 50+ hour work weeks
- Market-leading pay rates
- Upskill with onsite training and opportunity to get VOCd on different machines
- Work alongside industry leaders with a proven career pathway – promotions to machine operator & leading hand roles
- Temp-to-perm opportunities with pay reviews at 3 & 6 months based on performance
Your day-to-day:
- Operate machinery for bulk earthworks, final trim, trenching, battering, boxing roads
- Civil labouring including pit & pipe, conduit installation, site clean-up
- Work with 15–50t machinery (GPS experience with Topcon, Trimble or UTS preferred)
- Previous civil/construction experience
- Relevant machine operating tickets/licences
- White Card
- Current driver’s licence and reliable transport (some sites are remote)
- Positive attitude, safety focus and willingness to learn
