We need operators with experience on excavators, dozers, graders, moxys, rollers, loaders, water carts and skid steers, as well as skilled civil labourers to support our earthworks and road crews.

Depending on your role, duties may include:
- Bulk earthworks, trenching, batter work, boxing out roads and final trim
- Civil labouring: pits and pipe, conduits, site prep and clean-up, assisting trades
- Operating machines from 15t - 50t (where suitably ticketed and experienced)
- Working 10 hour days along with 5 - 6 days per week
What you need
- Previous civil / construction experience (subdivisions, roads or bulk earthworks preferred)
- Experience operating with GPS systems (Topcon, Trimble) highly regarded
- Current driver’s licence and reliable transport – some sites are not easily accessible by public transport
- Construction White Card
- Strong safety focus and willingness to work long shifts
