About the Role
We’re looking for a capable, hands-on People & Capability Partner to drive real impact across our business. You’ll partner with multiple leaders and divisions to support and scale a high-performing, values-led culture.
This is a broad and impactful role, part strategic, part operational focused on attracting, growing, and retaining great people. From onboarding and internal hiring to learning, engagement and systems, you’ll own a wide range of initiatives that matter.
Key Responsibilities
People Partnering
- Act as a trusted partner to our leadership group, supporting team growth and structure
- Champion our values and help embed them across all stages of the employee journey
- Lead end-to-end internal recruitment for new hires (approx. 20% of your time)
- Own and evolve our onboarding process to ensure new team members are set up for success
- Coordinate smooth integration with mentors, team introductions and role setup
- Build and deliver learning initiatives that support skill development and leadership growth
- Help managers align individual development plans with business capability needs
- Research and source the best available courses, coaches, or facilitators for team training
- Evaluate, improve and drive engagement initiatives that support retention and growth
- Lead projects using Employment Hero to streamline processes and improve efficiency
- Experience in a people-focused role across the full employee lifecycle
- A commercial mindset and high emotional intelligence
- Confidence partnering with multiple stakeholders across various teams
- The ability to flex between big-picture thinking and getting things done
