Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces meticulously for painting, including cleaning, sanding, and priming
- Apply paint, stains, and other finishes to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces using a variety of techniques
- Collaborate with project managers and clients to understand their vision and provide expert advice on color selection and design
- Ensure accurate color matching and consistency throughout projects
- Complete projects within specified timelines and budgets, with minimal disruption to daily activities
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Proven experience as a painter,
- Working with childrens check
- Solid knowledge of painting techniques, color theory, and surface preparation
- Familiarity with materials and products suitable for educational environments
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality results
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with clients and team members
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
