As our Civil Infrastructure division continues to grow in Queensland, we are seeking a Trades Coordinator to strengthen our connection with our field workforce and clients. Nationally we have 700+ active trade staff in multiple civil, industrial and commercial environments.

The Role Responsibilities:
- Set up with a New Company Vehicle - You will travel throughout S/East QLD ( Brisbane Metro, Ipswich, Gold Coast & Occasionally Northern NSW )
- Work a 7am-3.30pm Shift ( May vary depending on requirements )
- 50% of time attending sites for 6am/7am starts to meet new workers, support inductions and connect with supervisors, roaming active sites.
- 20% of time calling active trade staff on site, liaising with client contacts ( site supervisors)
- 20% of time calling searching for new trade staff through means of referrals, web applications & existing database.
- 10% of time identifying additional hiring needs and client opportunities
- Act as first point of contact for onsite incidents or issues for 100+ Trade Temps
- Accurately record phone calls, site visits, duties and workforce movements within our candidate management portal.
- Managing accounts, hosting BBQ's, presenting Temp of the month awards, bringing coffees to site!
- Experience in Civil or Commercial Trades. preference to a recruitment background.
- Confident communicator with blue-collar workforce and site supervisors
- Strong Tech Abilities ( We have a digital database that needs to have accurate data recorded )
- Ability to work autonomously and manage a mobile schedule
- Strong understanding of safety and compliance expectations onsite
- Candidate screening or resourcing experience advantageous
