Permanent Opportunity – Senior Leadership Position
Fetch Mining Services are currently seeking an experienced NPI Superintendent to join a well-established mining operation in Western Australia.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced mining maintenance or infrastructure professional to take ownership of the site's Non-Process Infrastructure (NPI) function, leading teams and overseeing the maintenance and performance of critical site infrastructure, utilities and facilities.
Working closely with senior site leadership, you will play a key role in ensuring infrastructure assets remain safe, reliable and operationally efficient, while driving maintenance standards, contractor performance and continuous improvement across the department.

Experience / Site Requirements:
- Previous experience in a Superintendent, Senior Supervisor or similar leadership position within mining, maintenance or infrastructure
- Relevant trade qualification or extensive equivalent maintenance experience
- Current Schedule 26 Statutory Supervisor qualification
- Demonstrated experience managing maintenance teams and site infrastructure
- Strong understanding of asset reliability, preventative maintenance and maintenance strategies
- Proven contractor and supplier management capabilities
- Experience managing budgets, resources and maintenance priorities
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop and motivate teams
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong understanding of mining safety, statutory and environmental requirements
- Remote FIFO mining experience highly regarded
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screen
- Full Australian working rights – no sponsorship
