Fetch Recruitment is currently seeking experienced Multi-Skilled Operators (HR) for a major Transport and Main Roads Queensland (TMR) road project based in Emerald.

This is an excellent opportunity to secure local/DIDO work on a large-scale infrastructure project offering consistent hours and long-term stability.

🔧 About the Role You will be working across various stages of road construction, operating a range of civil machinery including:
  • Excavators
  • Rollers
  • Graders
  • Watercarts (HR licence required)
You will play a key role in delivering bulk earthworks, road formation, and finishing works to TMR standards.

💰 What’s on Offer
  • $55.00/hr flat rate (starting)
  • 10/4 roster (dayshift only)
  • 12-hour shifts
  • Local / DIDO work (no FIFO)
  • Long-term, ongoing project
  • Consistent hours and strong earning potential
📋 Key Responsibilities
  • Operate civil plant safely and efficiently
  • Assist crews across all phases of road construction
  • Work to project specifications and timelines
  • Maintain plant and ensure compliance with safety standards
✅ Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience as a multi-skilled operator on civil or road projects
  • HR Licence
  • Experience on TMR or similar infrastructure projects (highly regarded)
  • White Card
  • Strong safety focus and reliability
  • Ability to commit to a 10/4 roster
