About the role:
We’re looking for skilled operators who can handle a range of machinery on large-scale civil and bulk earthwork sites. You’ll be working across Melbourne alongside experienced crews on well-run projects.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Safe and efficient operation of machinery (excavators, loaders, scrapers, moxys/dump trucks, dozers, rollers)
- Loading trucks, stockpiling materials, and handling rock crushing
- General earthworks and drainage tasks
- Routine cleaning and maintenance of machines
- Working closely with supervisors to meet daily production targets
What we’re looking for:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience operating civil, quarry, or bulk earthworks machinery
- RII tickets and White Card
- Current driver’s licence and reliable transport
- Ability to work 5–6 days per week, including overtime when required
- Strong recent references
