We are seeking experienced Multi-Skilled Operators for multiple ongoing civil construction projects across Melbourne. We are looking for operators with experience across a range of plant and machinery, including excavators, Moxy/Dump Trucks, loaders, skid steers, rollers and other civil plant. Key Responsibilities
- Operate a range of civil plant and machinery safely and efficiently
- Operate excavators, Moxy/Dump Trucks, loaders, skid steers, rollers and other plant as required
- Complete bulk earthworks, excavation, trenching and site preparation
- Load, move and distribute materials around site
- Assist with drainage, sewer, water and other civil infrastructure works
- Carry out detailed excavation and general earthworks where experienced
- Conduct daily plant checks and report any issues or maintenance requirements
- Work alongside civil labourers, supervisors and other operators
- Follow site safety procedures and maintain a safe working environment
- Assist with general civil construction duties when required
- Previous experience operating civil plant and machinery
- Multi-skilled operators with experience across multiple machines highly regarded
- White Card (essential)
- Relevant plant tickets/licences where required
- Current driver's licence and reliable transport (essential)
- Strong understanding of civil construction and site safety
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Reliable, punctual and safety-focused attitude
- Ability to work outdoors in a physically demanding environment
