Fetch Recruitment is looking for experienced machine operators to work on different projects across Melbourne with one of the city’s top quarry and subdivision companies.
Roller Operators
Key Duties:
Utilise smooth drum and pad-foot roller equipment to compress and smooth surfaces on construction projects.
Perform routine inspections and basic upkeep of machinery before use.
Maintain strict adherence to workplace safety standards and procedures.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet project deadlines and goals.
What We’re Looking For:
Previous hands-on experience operating rollers within the construction sector.
Possession of up-to-date roller operation tickets and licenses.
Solid knowledge of workplace health and safety requirements.
Capable of working both autonomously and within a team setting.
Moxy Truck Operators
Key Duties:
Drive articulated dump trucks (moxy) to move materials efficiently across the job site.
Experience in Moxy driving in ether subdivision or quarries.
Carry out scheduled equipment checks and promptly report any faults.
Consistently follow all safety measures and operational guidelines.
Effective communication between different machine operators.
What We’re Looking For:
Experienced in operating moxy trucks on various construction sites.
Appropriate licenses and certifications for moxy truck operation.
Strong focus on safety and meticulous attention to operational details.
Effective communicator with a strong sense of teamwork.
