Fetch Mining Services have recently been contracted to supply 50+ Blue Collar Mining staff for an exciting new project in WA commencing ASAP. As a result we are seeking experienced MEM supervisors for a long term role to lead a high performing team.

Experience Required:
- 5+ Years Experience in a Mobile Maintenance Supervisor position
- Excellent soft skills with the ability to communicate to your team in a respectful manner
- Experience across a variety of Heavy Mining Machinery including CAT, Komatsu and Hitachi production sized machinery
- The ability to work in an autonomous role and lead and manage trades
- Trade qualification and must be prepared to support your team and get your hands dirty
- S26 Essential
Additional Requirements
- Pro active attitude - will need to lead without any hand holding
- Current Drivers Licence
- Ability to pass a pre employment medical and drug and alcohol screen
- Will need 2 references for a similar role
- Ability to attend a teams or F2f interview with Maintenance Manager
