Are you an experienced mobile crushing leader ready to take the next step? We're seeking a driven Supervisor to oversee Production Mobile Crushing operations for our client, an established iron ore owner-operator, across sites in Western Australia. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a major operation and work directly for the client.

The Role
Reporting to the Superintendent, you will play a pivotal role in mobile operations, leading a team of dedicated tradesmen and operators. You'll drive safety, efficiency, and production performance, ensuring high-quality output while maintaining a positive and cohesive team environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate mobile crushing activities to ensure safety, efficiency, and production targets are met
  • Conduct regular inspections and maintenance checks on mobile crushing equipment
  • Monitor and enforce compliance with safety regulations and company policies
  • Ensure all tasks are supervised and assigned daily to direct reports
  • Lead pre-start meetings, return-to-work meetings, and PSIs
  • Assist with planning, preparation, and completion of maintenance tasks
Experience Required
  • 2 years' experience in a supervisory/leadership role within a mobile crushing environment
  • Strong operational and technical knowledge of mobile crushing equipment (e.g. Terex, Kleemann, Power Screen, McCloskey), processes, and maintenance practices
  • Creative problem-solving skills and adaptability to change
  • Physically mobile with a good fitness level
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor a diverse team
  • Sound understanding of safety regulations and best practice in mining
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure, manage competing priorities, and make informed decisions
  • C Class Driver's Licence
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screen
