The role sees you leading the Metallurgy department optimising and auditing the plant metallurgical performance to maximise recovery and minimise down time.
About the role:
- Ensure compliance and perfromance from crushing, to recovery and waste
- Manage metallurgical projects from conception to completion
- Ensuring safet culture, cost control and plant optimisation
- Ensure targets and requirements across maintenance and production are met safely and in a timely manner
Experience Required:
- 3+ years' in a similar role as a Metallurgy/Technical Superintendent
- Metallurgy/Process/Chemical Engineering Tertiary Qualification
- Extensive knowledge in Gold Processing
- Proven performance in Senior Leadership positions
- Effective communication skills to collaboratively work and engage with key stakeholders
Additional Requirements:
- Must be able to pass a pre emplyment medical and drug and alcohol screen
- Must have a valid drivers licence
- Recent contactable references
