Fetch Maintenance Services is partnering with a well-established owner-operated gold producer in the WA Goldfields to recruit an experienced Fixed Plant Mechanical Supervisor.

Reporting to the Plant Superintendent, you will be responsible for leading the mechanical maintenance team to ensure safe, reliable and efficient operation of the fixed plant.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supervising and coordinating daily mechanical maintenance activities
- Managing the allocation of labour and resources to planned and breakdown work
- Driving a proactive and preventative maintenance culture across site
- Supporting, mentoring and developing Mechanical Technicians and trades personnel
- Identifying equipment reliability issues and implementing improvement initiatives
- Troubleshooting plant and equipment faults while minimising production downtime
- Ensuring all maintenance activities are completed safely and in accordance with site procedures
- Building strong working relationships with operations and maintenance stakeholders
- Promoting a positive safety culture and leading by example
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a Fixed Plant Mechanical Supervisor role
- 10–15 years' experience within mining, mineral processing or heavy industry
- Previous experience working on a gold mining operation(essential)
- Australian-recognised Mechanical Trade Qualification
- Section 26 (S26) qualification(essential)
- Experience using maintenance management systems, with PRONTO highly regarded
- Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively both autonomously and within a team environment
- Current Australian Driver's Licence
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
- Ability to provide two recent work references
