We’re seeking an experienced Maintenance Fitter to join a busy manufacturing site in Ballarat. This is an ongoing casual contract with great earning potential, working consistent 10-hour afternoon shifts (2pm–10pm).

- $55–$60 per hour + shift loading
- Guaranteed 10-hour days
- Ongoing contract with consistent hours
- Afternoon shift: 2pm – 10pm (Ballarat location)

You’ll be responsible for:
- Preventative and breakdown maintenance on plant machinery
- Fault finding and troubleshooting
- Fabrication, welding, and mechanical fitting as required
- Working closely with the maintenance team to ensure smooth production
- Trade qualified Fitter (Cert III Engineering – Mechanical Trade or equivalent)
- Proven experience in a manufacturing/industrial setting
- Ability to work autonomously and within a team
- Strong commitment to safety and reliability
