What You Will Be Doing :
- Maintenance scheduling and preparation
- Record keeping / entry of mobile maintenance machinery, activity, planning and scheduling
- Stock data entry, invoicing, parts ordering etc
- Working directly with maintenance manager / superintendent to develop system and efficiency
- Logistics and organising tools, parts and machinery to and from site / workshop
Experience Required:
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role
- Ability to work well under pressure (this is a fast paced role)
- Ability to take direction and feedback on board
- Strong computer skills and use of systems
- FIFO experience in a administrative role
- Basic understanding of mining machinery highly desirable
Additional Requirements:
- Must be able to pass a pre employment medical and drug and alcohol screen
- Must have a great attitude and willingness to learn
- Must be able to complete online inductions
- Will need 2 recent contactable references
- Must be able to commence ASAP - as early as this week
- Full Australian Working Rights - no sponsorship
