About the Role:
This position will see you managing sub-trades and supporting the Site Manager to ensure smooth day-to-day site operations. While you won’t be on the tools, a background as a Leading Hand or qualified Carpenter will be highly regarded. The role requires a strong understanding of commercial construction, excellent coordination skills, and the ability to maintain high safety and quality standards on site.
Key Details:
- Start Date: Immediate start – available to begin next week
- Duration: Contract role until end of December 2025, with potential extension into 2026
- Location: Less than 15 minutes from Sydney CBD
- Pay: Competitive hourly rate – get paid for every hour worked on site
- Proven commercial construction experience
- Background as a Leading Hand or Carpenter(not a tools-based role)
- Current First Aid certificate
- Ability to pass a national police check
- Strong communication and leadership skills
