We're partnering with a well-established and growing manufacturing business in Campbellfield that is seeking a hands-on Leading Hand Fabricator to oversee a team of 8–9 tradespeople.
This is a permanent, full-time opportunity on day shift, offering excellent pay and long-term career stability.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor and support a team of 8–9 fabricators
- Coordinate daily workflow to meet production deadlines
- Read and interpret engineering drawings
- Perform hands-on fabrication and welding as required
- Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards
- Promote a positive and productive team culture
- Trade qualifications in Fabrication or a related discipline
- Previous experience as a Leading Hand or Team Leader within a fabrication or manufacturing environment
- Strong fabrication skills and the ability to read technical drawings
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- A commitment to workplace safety and quality workmanship
- The ability to motivate and support a high-performing team
