About the Role: High-End Residential Carpenter
As a High-End Residential Carpenter, you'll be at the forefront of creating exceptional living spaces for clients. Projects can range from new builds that embody innovation to renovations that celebrate tradition, you'll be playing a huge role in shaping homes that reflect the varying aspirations of the customers. You would be required to assist the Site Manager with the carpentry aspects of each project. Successful candidate will have 3 years plus working on architectural builds.
Duties of the Role:
- Meticulous Woodworking: Create, assemble, and install high-quality wooden structures, furnishings, and features with exceptional attention to detail.
- Set out: Have a good understanding of plans and construction process from start to finish
- New Build: Collaborate with clients, architects, and designers to translate blueprints into tangible masterpieces, ensuring precision in every cut and joint.
- Renovation: Transform existing spaces through expert remodelling, seamlessly integrating modern aesthetics with classic design elements.
- Finishing Excellence: Apply expert-level finishing techniques, ensuring surfaces are flawlessly smooth, polished, and ready to enchant.
- Customisation: Craft bespoke carpentry solutions tailored to each client's preferences, lifestyle, and functional requirements.
- Team Collaboration: Lead a team of skilled carpenters and apprentices and professionals to execute projects on time and to the highest standards.
- Tool Proficiency: Utilize an array of tools and equipment with finesse, showcasing your technical prowess in every task.
- Communication: Maintain open lines of communication with the Site Manager to ensure project objectives are met and expectations exceeded.
