About the Role
Fetch Recruitment are seeking experienced Civil Labourers and Machine Operators for an ongoing project in Edinburgh
The roles offer long-term, consistent work with strong hours for the right candidates.
What’s On Offer
- $36.26 – $38.36 per hour (depending on experience)
- Travel allowance – $21.94 per day
- Meal allowance – $18.51 (after 9.5 hours)
- 50+ hour weeks + Saturday work available
- Ongoing casual work with long-term opportunities
- Pathways into machinery operation
Key Responsibilities
- General site setup, labouring, and clean-up
- Spotting machinery and supporting high-risk activities
- Assisting with concreting, drainage, and stormwater works
- Pit & pipe work such as digging trenches for pipes
- Operating machinery such as Roller, Loader, Moxy (if ticketed)
About You
- Previous experience in labouring or trades
- White Card (essential)
- Reliable transport (essential)
- Ability to pass ongoing drug & alcohol testing
- Ability to attain clean National Police Clearance
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to follow site rules (including no phone use on site)
