What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting end-to-end delivery of HVAC projects across commercial and residential sites
- Assisting with scheduling, procurement, subcontractor coordination and site documentation
- Working closely with senior PMs to ensure projects run smoothly, safely and on budget
- Liaising with clients, site teams and internal stakeholders
- Getting hands-on exposure to technical HVAC systems and real-world project challenges
Ideal candidates will have:
- Experience in HVAC, mechanical services, building services, or a related trade/coordination role
- Strong organisational skills and a proactive, can-do attitude
- A willingness to learn, take ownership and grow into a fully-fledged Project Manager
- Confident communication and the ability to juggle multiple moving parts
- Any tertiary or trade qualifications in mechanical/HVAC will be highly regarded
- A supportive team that invests in training and career development

- Clear pathways to progress into a Project Manager role
