The Role:
As a Junior Foreman, you’ll work closely with the Site Foreman and Project Manager to help deliver residential and industrial subdivision projects and road works. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual looking to step up and grow their career in site supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing day-to-day site activities
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site teams
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality expectations
- Assist in interpreting plans and specifications
- Ensure all work is completed on spec to a high standard.
- Monitor progress and help maintain construction schedules
- Report to the Site Foreman and Project Manager on progress and issues
- Previous experience working in civil construction, ideally in subdivisions
- Strong understanding of earthworks, drainage, roadworks, and services installation
- Ability to read and interpret plans
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Construction White Card (essential)
- Current Driver’s Licence
